The analysis report of the experts at the meeting pointed out that the cumulative installed capacity of PV in China has reached 660GW, the first wave of decommissioning is approaching, and about 1.5 million tons of PV modules will be decommissioned by 2030, so there is an urgent demand for recycling and treatment. Along with the first batch of new energy devices (photovoltaic modules, wind turbine blades and energy storage systems, etc.) facing retirement, there is an urgent need to build up a scientific recycling system to make up for the last link of green low-carbon recycling development of the photovoltaic industry chain.
